Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use. We may remove or update content to reflect best practices, with equivalent access provided.

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds follow the policy in our FAQ. Taxes may apply based on your location.

• No unauthorized sharing, copying, or reselling of content.
• No attempts to circumvent security or access controls.
• No content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property.

All trademarks, content, and materials are the property of Tagrowth Flora Studio or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular business or financial outcome. Your results depend on your efforts and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service, with or without notice where lawful.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
